My name is Persephanee J. Rodriguez MS, LMHCA, SUDP. I am licensed in mental health counseling as an associate (LMHCA), and I have been a Substance Use Disorder Professional with 9 years experience, specializing in addictions.

I work from the belief that healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are all included in the process. While talk therapy can be powerful, many people find that insight alone doesn’t always lead to lasting change. Patterns rooted in stress, trauma, and survival often live below words, stored in the body and nervous system.

That’s where my work comes in. I integrate CBT, DBT, energy psychology, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support deeper, more sustainable healing.
