Hello! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I earned my BSN and Master of Nursing in Occupational and Environmental Health and Psychiatric Mental Health Master of Nursing Practice Certificate at the University of Washington. My experience includes senior residential, drug and alcohol detoxification, crisis psychiatric care, and corrections.
Since 1998, I have provided services to people facing difficulties and have seen amazing resiliency and recovery. I believe that people can recover from difficult conditions and events and am passionate about contributing support. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric units, drug/alcohol detoxification units, correctional facilities, homeless shelters, and supportive housing. I work hard to form a therapeutic alliance with patients using a holistic approach, empowering them with active listening and education to find their path to healing.
