Hi there! My name is Cody Brumbelow. I have 4 years of experience in mental health and school counseling. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State, I help individuals and groups of all ages find the healing they need.
My therapeutic approach is unique, based in the existential and phenomenological perspective. I don't believe in rigid structure or assessments. Instead, I strive to understand and feel things from your perspective. I believe that each person knows what is troubling them and has the tools to grow beyond those concerns. My role is to foster that process with genuine care and subtle guidance towards your own goals and ideas.
