I work with adults to develop adaptive coping skills, increase insight into maladaptive patterns, and improve emotional regulation. I have extensive experience supporting parents and families, as well as individuals navigating life transitions, stress-related concerns, and trauma-related symptoms. I value working with clients who are dedicated and motivated to engage in the process of change. Growth often requires examining long-standing thought patterns and behaviors, which can be challenging—but not impossible.
