I recently graduated with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College. Currently, I am working as a Licensed Mental Health Associate as I work towards my licensure. Also, I am a National Certified Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association. In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Family Systems Approach, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
