I offer accessible and confidential counseling services in a virtual setting at your convenience, and specialize in navigating anxiety, social and romantic relationships, balancing work and home life, and providing tools to clients to help navigate a rapidly evolving world.

Prior to entering the wellness space I spent over a decade in education, teaching an array of subjects across a variety of demographics and locations, including East Asia, the Horn of Africa, Latin America, Colorado and Texas. Each stop has given me the privilege of a different perspective.
