Overview

Most of my career has focused on working with youth, adults, and families who are experiencing significant mental health and/or behavioral challenges, including those mandated to services by government agencies. For healing to occur, it is key that clients are interested in and committed to the work required for change.

I am not a conventional therapist, so it is helpful when clients are open to and curious about new ideas, varied perspectives, and practices. You are uniquely you; what works for some won't work for others. I offer integrative therapy, meaning I pull from various evidence-based practices that are tailored to each client.
