It’s exhausting to feel like your mind is working against you— whether its constant difficulty staying focused, organized, managing your time or through intrusive obsessive racing thoughts.
Do you have low motivation and lack of interest in things you used to enjoy? Does your anxiety make daily tasks more difficult? Do you have trouble focusing in school or work? Are your symptoms impacting your ability to get through your day? You are not alone. My goal is not to fix you, but to work with you in improving your quality of life. I take a collaborative, integrative, whole body and evidence-based approach to care. I may recommend supplements, medications, mindfulness techniques, labs, genesight testing, and referral to other resources, etc. You're care is individualized to your needs. I have supported individuals facing mental health concerns like ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, life transitions, phobia, Insomnia, PMDD, etc.
