Overview

Focusing on people who feel lost, unheard. People dealing with grief and loss whether it be because of a death, separation, unfulfilled in life. I want to work with first responders and EMS folks who take their work home and see difficult things.

I am comfortable with suicidality and it's nuances. I work well with adults struggling with life changes, loss of adult parents, raising kids. I work well with folks who work in crisis based fields.

I provide therapy for the folks who do not like therapy. I have a deep passion for helping people find the light in themselves. I believe there is good in everyone. I am exceptional at finding the strength in people they may not see. I am not here to tell you what to do or how to feel, rather I am here to help you navigate life.
