Mindful Therapy Group continues to expand throughout the Denver area, and we’re excited to open our Lakewood location in August 2026!

Many licensed therapists are drawn to private practice because it offers greater control over their schedules, caseloads, and approach to care. However, building a sustainable practice also requires dependable business systems, consistent client demand, and ongoing support. 

Mindful Therapy Group brings those pieces together. Since 2011, we have helped therapists build independent practices while receiving support with marketing, referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and practice development. 

In-person care is a significant priority within our current growth strategy. Clients are actively seeking face-to-face services, and clinicians offering consistent in-person availability are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. By pairing that demand with professionally managed office spaces across our markets, we help therapists establish visible, stable practices without securing an independent office lease. 

As providers grow their practices, they also have access to ongoing professional development and business coaching. Qualified therapists may further expand their professional work and income by providing clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians. 

Expectations of Partnership: 

As a Mindful Therapy Group partner, you’ll be expected to: 

• Invest in starting and growing your private practice, including maintaining a business license, professional liability insurance, and a professional online presence. (Not needed upon applying) 

• Participate in regular business setup and coaching sessions for guidance, accountability, and support as your practice grows. 

• Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care. 

• Complete evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, chart notes, charge slips, and other required documentation in a timely manner. 

• Practice within your licensure scope, uphold clinical and ethical standards, safeguard client confidentiality, and maintain active licensure in any state where services are provided.

• Account management and practice support to help troubleshoot issues, optimize your practice, and support long-term growth. 

• Transparent financial reporting and predictable payouts to help you better understand and manage your business. 

• NP Mentorship Program that provides structured guidance for PMHNPs to gain clinical knowledge and best business practices while building their business.
