Overview

As a licensed mental health counselor trained in EMDR, I like to explore the deeper aspects of the self. My goal is to help you understand subconscious patterns, beliefs, relationships, and the underlying reasons for current behaviors and emotions. I also aim to foster self-acceptance. With a holistic approach, I combine traditional and holistic counseling in a non-judgmental environment.

I hold a Ph.D. in Consciousness Studies, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy. Additionally, I am certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and trained in EMDR. I offer Telehealth (video) services.
