As a therapist specializing in mindfulness and a Humanistic approach that is tailored for those new to therapy, emphasizing moment-to-moment attention, non-judgment, and unconditional acceptance. Holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago since 2008, I have extensive experience in crisis therapy within community mental health.
