My practice is built around caring and being an active listener. My mission is to provide a compassionate and caring practice that is influenced by positive psychology.
The main goal that I have set is to create an environment of trust where you will feel relaxed and safe promoting mindfulness as we embark on your wellness journey together.
I relocated to Washington State in 2013 from Florida after falling in love with this lush green state.
I formed my own Virtual Medical Practice: Wellness Care PLLC in Pierce County, and collaborated with Mindful Therapy Group in pursuit of a holistic practice. I look forward to serving you and your family in this community.
