I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and a Master of Arts in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University. Specializing in adult women's psychiatric concerns, I provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management.

With a background in biology and chemistry, as well as a keen interest in the arts and mental health care, I have worked in various care settings, including community mental health clinics and residential facilities. My approach is rooted in empathy and a whole-person framework, drawing from my existential-phenomenological background. I value holistic wellness and may recommend lifestyle changes and alternative medicine approaches alongside medications.
