Overview

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) with experience since 2013. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University-Billings and a Doctorate of Psychology Degree from the Washington School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Seattle. My expertise is in therapy for adolescents and adults with issues such as depression, anxiety, and more. I also conduct psychological assessments for children and adolescents, such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and general diagnostic clarification.



My therapeutic approach is informed by Advanced Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), integrating principles from interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, emotion theory, and body-focused approaches. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and motivational interviewing techniques tailored to each individual's needs. Establishing a safe, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship is crucial for change, healing, and growth.
