Overview

I believe that personal growth and transformation are vital to the human experience. Even though painful experiences are inevitable, suffering does not have to hold us back from living satisfying and fulfilling lives. In meeting with you where you are in your journey, I will help you develop your own set of skills to help you through your daily experiences. I also encourage approaching challenges with vulnerability and self-compassion and will assist in practicing these areas in our sessions.

I graduated with my MSW from UNLV in 2010 and have a certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. I am also a Certified Geek Therapist through Geek Therapeutics, where I use the following interventions while incorporating geek culture. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, including but not limited to the use of EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, and solution-focused interventions.
