Overview

I collaborate with clients in a direct and interactive way to help facilitate life-enhancing changes. In sessions, I utilize evidence-based approaches and compassionate curiosity to work with you on accepting yourself exactly as you are while encouraging and challenging you to become the version of yourself you want to be.

I am committed to lifelong learning and use well-researched treatments such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused therapies, and mindfulness-based interventions. Practicing a variety of evidence-based modalities allows me to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client. I also explore mental health and resilience through a social justice lens.

When not working, I enjoy reading, exploring coffee shops, connecting with others, and spending time with cats and/or dogs.
