Overview

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. It was a privilege to have studied under professors who were trained in psychodynamic orientation. I take a systemic and holistic approach to client situations. With experience in hospital, school, and treatment center settings, I specialize in co-occurring disorders, relapse prevention, inner child and family of origin work. I am also certified in Personal Training and Lifestyle/Fitness Coaching.



My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength-based, focusing on your needs and goals. I work with what each individual brings to session, refraining from pathologizing my clients in order to emphasize their own inherent health.
