I utilize the Dr. David Burns, TEAM model to structure treatment, focusing on changing the way you think to change the way you feel. With various techniques and, we identify your unique thoughts driving feelings and behaviors, adjusting them to your specific agenda for positive change.

As a therapist, I am curious, open-hearted, and flexible. I provide support, clarification, challenging insights, and tools specific to your needs.
