I have a bachelor's degree in social work from Stockton State University and a master's degree in mental health counseling from City University. With over 15 years of experience in mental health counseling, I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Suicide Assessment and Treatment. My treatment approach combines various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
