I am a therapist who believes in the journey of self-discovery and identity alignment. My role is to offer feedback and support as you navigate through your own journey. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are in a transitional period and need help rediscovering their strengths. With a holistic approach, I utilize cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused theoretical models. My experience includes providing psychotherapy in various settings such as outpatient, inpatient, and residential, focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and identity issues. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington and a registered art therapist through the American Art Therapy Association. Additionally, I am licensed in Wisconsin as a professional counselor with a specialty in substance abuse.
