With a BS in Psychology from UC Davis and an MS from CSU Stanislaus, I've been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington since 2001. My diverse experience spans community health, schools, colleges, and private practice, focusing on issues like anxiety, depression, and multicultural challenges. I'm passionate about aiding adults in their journey toward personal growth.
