Overview

I am an LMHC serving individuals 19 and older.

Discovering one’s self can be trying and often feels circular and defeating. Many people find themselves feeling as though they are continuing the same patterns to little avail. I believe that most of our behaviors serve a purpose; for better or for worse. By gaining greater understanding into our tendencies, we are able to gain flexibility and choice in how we approach life’s trials and tribulations. Whether situational or organic, I address most difficulties you, or someone you care for, may possess. I place emphasis on issues of attachment, people who struggle with feeling secure in their relationships, people who feel they may struggle with difficulties akin to personality disorders, those seeking self-advancement, neurodivergence, individuals prone to resistance and those who, out of their own needs, have had a hard time expressing themselves in therapy before.
