hello, how are you? my name is Mariana. I'm 33, a mom, a transracial adoptee (South America to Pennsylvania) & a telehealth therapist in WA State. There are so many awesome therapists to choose from, & I truly hope that you can find a great-fit provider. Therapy can be hard, but the healing process can also be equally amazing.
I use an eclectic set of therapeutic tools and modalities, including “humanistic” and “person-centered”. I come from a perspective that you are an expert on your own experience. My goal is to actively listen to my clients, while providing them a safe space to identify and express their feelings and thoughts.
