Counseling provides an open, non-judgmental space to help you with whatever you're facing. I'm here to learn about your world and help you find new ways to navigate it. I have experience treating chronic mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. My philosophy is "Tactics, Not Boring, Big Heart." Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is the core of my practice, but I also incorporate concepts from other approaches.

I received my master's in counseling psychology from Argosy University in 2013 and have worked full-time as a therapist since then. I have experience working in specialized treatment programs for early psychosis and recently incarcerated youth. I'm a politically liberal atheist. I mention this because I know that clients today care about having a general sense of who their counselors are. Counseling is a big-time investment, so I want you to be able to make an informed choice.
