It is my belief that healing comes from self-exploration in a safe and open environment. I have witnessed the power of authentic therapeutic connection, and it brings me joy to share these moments of healing and growth with my clients. I work from a person-centered, strength-based perspective and strive to tailor my approach to fit each client's unique context. My hope is that therapy is a time filled with healing, growth, connection, learning, humor, joy, and hope.



I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I value a systemic approach that considers the complex societal, family, and relationship systems we exist within. I also value the internal individual experience and believe that when we change internally, our external world changes as well. I am excited to embark on this journey of growth and change with you.
