From Detroit to the Navy and beyond, my life's journey has imbued me with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and the complexities of change. Inspired to counsel after my husband's deployment, I've embraced the role of guiding others through their challenges. Holding a PhD in Psychology and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, my background is rich with experience in addressing issues from depression to military trauma.
My approach is person-centered, focusing on collaboration and building on the positive aspects of each individual's life. I believe in the power of a safe space to explore and grow, helping clients navigate through behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and more, towards meaningful change and personal growth.
