Overview

Adrien Helander (she/he/her/him) is a licensed therapist with a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle University and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. With therapy experience since 2017, Adrien has worked in both community mental health clinics and in private practice at Mindful Therapy Group. She practices therapy with a collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered approach, tailoring his therapeutic style to meet individual needs. Adrien specializes in treating PTSD and trauma with EMDR, as well as bipolar disorder. He also helps clients manage anxiety, depression, and career-related issues. Her therapeutic modalities include EMDR, DBT, CBT, MBSR, and EFT "Tapping", with a focus on recovery and healing.
