Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 17+ years of experience. I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Seattle University in 2007 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington in 2009. I also hold an MBA from Capella University (2015).

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, non- judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, women's issues, life transitions, and challenges faced by Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
