I hold a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology) from Central Washington University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. My clinical expertise spans community mental health and private practice, focusing on teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, gender, sexuality, and life transitions.
