Overview

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. My approach aims to help clients gain insight into how their personal history and learned habits influence their thoughts, emotions, coping mechanisms, and behaviors. Together, we will work on integrating and balancing these aspects to improve self-awareness, planning abilities, and connections with others.



I encourage the use of meditation, mindfulness, and creative arts to promote inner peace, healing, and improved relationships. With deep compassion for my patients, I started my counseling practice in 2010. I believe that compassionate listening, mutual respect, and evidence-based interventions are the foundation for healing and personal growth. I am dedicated to staying up to date with the latest scientific research findings to provide effective therapeutic modalities that promote recovery, resilience, and healing.
