I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Vanderbilt University, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of diverse mental health experience. My holistic approach combines psychopharmacology and supportive psychotherapy to enhance overall well-being. I value collaborative relationships and enjoy tailoring care by considering one’s unique identities, background, and environment. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive space for all.

Originally from Tennessee, I pursued psychology and Christian ministries during my undergraduate studies at Lindsey Wilson College. My passion for psychology led me to pursue a master’s degree in mental health counseling and work in non-profit development in East Africa. Desiring to expand my knowledge, I returned to the US and acquired MSN and DNP degrees at Vanderbilt University. In my free time, I enjoy travel, yoga, reading, and outdoor adventures with my family and dog.
