Overview
I have been in the counseling arena for most of my adult life. Over the years I have developed strategies for clients experiencing low self-image, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship issues. I served in the active duty Armed Forces from 1994-2010 deploying twice to Iraq. Since then I served as a psych or mental health counselor in Washington DOC and DSHS. I have been in private practice for 5 years. Having a rich background of training, people, and experiences, I know I can help you flip the internal script to start thriving in life again.
