I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in nursing from the University of Washington. I also hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. With over 20 years of nursing experience, I have worked in various settings including rehabilitation facilities, psychiatric and forensic hospitals, and private practices.



I have expertise in treating adults with bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric disorders. My therapeutic approach focuses on developing a safe and non-judgmental compassionate relationship with my clients. I am dedicated to active communication and providing support on their journey to a fulfilling life. I offer a structured approach that emphasizes acceptance and understanding of their unique healing journey, providing comprehensive assessments, psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, motivational interviewing, and brief therapy as needed.
