I work with people to address depression, anxiety, trauma, challenges around attention, and life transitions over the lifespan. The approach to counseling is pragmatic, transparent, and collaborative. The general goal is to reduce suffering, increase well-being, and increase functioning through insight and skill development. All sessions are done through confidential telehealth sessions and I accept most insurance programs, including Medicare.
