Dr Brent Potter, PhD, PhD, PsyD has 30+ years combined clinical, managerial, and executive leadership in the field of behavioral health. He is the author of Amazon bestsellers, Elements of Self-Destruction, Borderline Personality Disorder: New Perspectives on an Overused and Stigmatizing Diagnosis (co-authored with Jacqueline Gunn), and Elements of Reparation: Truth, Faith & Transformation in the Works of Heidegger, Bion, and Beyond. His forthcoming books, Elements of Faith and The Myth of Sobriety are already garnering public attention.
Brent has earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology (Pacifica Graduate Institute), PhD in Psychoanalysis (Bircham University), and a PsyD in Psychoanalysis (Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis). His education and training at the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis certified him to practice as a psychoanalyst.
