Hello! Thanks for looking me up! Building on 18 years of therapy experience, I believe that changing our point of view can lead to positive changes. Our perspectives are shaped by various influences, but what if they are holding us back? I can help you explore this. My therapy style involves exchanging conversations and providing feedback. I prefer clients who are committed to their own growth, primarily between 18 and 58 years old. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns. I also incorporate a strengths-based approach and can offer a Christian perspective if desired.
I am a Pacific Northwest native who enjoys the two seasons here: Summer and Rain. When not providing therapy, I pursue entrepreneurship, cooking, (using skills from a "former life,") and dream of traveling throughout the world!
