Overview
Hi all. Isn't therapy a wild thing to look into? Every person has unique reasons behind wanting to step into therapy. My goal is to make the process of starting to be as simple, clear, and stress free as possible.
Within my practice I hope to facilitate an environment in which each person has the opportunity to come to know themselves more deeply, and to gradually step more fully into the individual they are and want to be, starting with where they are at.
Life can be great, confusing, and everything in between. Often old patterns of how people engage in the world showing up in new experiences. I believe that each person is fundamentally healthy and good, and that by finding out more about themselves and these patterns, people have the option to find healthy and sustainable ways to engage in the world and relationships.
