Background: I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. With experience in various mental health roles since 2017, I provide therapeutic and educational support. My approach is client-centered, humanistic, CBT, relational, somatic, motivational, trauma-focused, and narrative therapies.
