I am a Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical in the State of Washington (license#, SC60868009). I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle. With over 10 years of experience in mental health, my most recent job was as a mental health therapist in an acute psychiatric hospital. I offer therapy services for individuals with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and workplace issues. My approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness. I strive to create a safe and respectful environment that promotes healing and change.
