My practice centers around the concept of mind-body connection. As an ARNP, I have trained in both primary care and psychiatry and believe in an all-inclusive, holistic approach to wellbeing. I treat most psychiatric disorders and provide medication management and psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is an essential part of mental well-being. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Motivational interviewing.
