I work in therapy to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationships. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients understand each other more deeply. My approach is tailored to your needs and life's context. I am here to help you achieve your goals in life and walk alongside your journey.

I grew up in Washington and have lived here my whole life. I love the PNW and its quirks. I earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Being a therapist is an important part of who I am, and love helping people with their struggles. I'm engaging, warm, and good at understanding clients where they are at in life.

I have 4+ years of clinical experience, and work primarily with teens and young adults. I have a specific passion for, and training in, working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Therapy is a safe place to share feelings about anything going on in your life.
