Welcome to a relaxed, nonjudgmental environment. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Associate with a certificate in Addictions Counseling. Due to my personality, children including teenagers thrive in and out of sessions as well as adults. My approach to therapy is strength based, collaborative, Evidence Based, and behaviorally based. Experiential and Expressive Arts Therapies, Emotional Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I am experienced in treating children and adolescents with behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and social/emotional challenges. I work with parents and caregivers to help with parenting concerns and provide positive parenting support. I work with individuals, couples, families suffering with communication, emotional distress, anxiety and depression concerns. My belief is that everyone should feel heard, respected, understood, and safe!
