Overview

Welcome! I strive to create a safe space where discovery can happen. We will collaborate to reach your goals and strive towards your full potential, through sometimes challenging emotional exploration. My primary approach is Depth Psychology, including Psychodynamic and Humanistic perspectives.

I have an MA in Psychotherapy from The Adler Graduate School, and a PhD in Humanities from UC Berkeley, which has allowed me to apply ideas from Cultural Studies, Philosophy, and Gender Theory to my therapy practice. Taking the first step to contact a therapist can be difficult, but our initial consultation will be considerate and respectful. I look forward to meeting you!
