Welcome! As a counselor, I create a safe space for healing and growth. I work with adults (18+) dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, identity, and multicultural issues. I am passionate about women's health and social justice. I'm a board-certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of Seattle.



My holistic approach draws from evidence-based theories like CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, and existential techniques. We'll work together to set treatment goals, confront fears, develop coping mechanisms, and explore your authentic self on your wellness journey!
