I create a safe, non-judgmental environment to build therapeutic relationships. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness/Grounding Techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, stress, communication, and boundaries.
