I’m Jenny, a licensed social worker and owner of Mama Chats - the online therapy and coaching practice, specialising in Perinatal Mental Health.
With a decade of experience and four lively children of my own, I offer guidance and support to women navigating motherhood. My mission is to provide a safe space for emotional exploration, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, infertility, parenting struggles and the profound challenges of self-acceptance whist the demands of motherhood. Through therapy, we will embark on a journey of introspection and growth, cultivating vulnerability and self-awareness.
