Overview
I work with adults in transition who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or between versions of themselves. You may notice repeating patterns in your personal life, relationships, or identity and want clarity, steadiness, and the ability to trust in your own decisions.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding who you are beneath the expectations, roles, and patterns you’ve accumulated along the way. My approach weaves traditional therapeutic practices with a deeper exploration of the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
When relevant, I may incorporate Human Design, astrology, and spiritual practices as additional tools for reflection and self-discovery. I don’t use these systems to tell you who you are, but to open new questions, illuminate patterns, and help you reconnect with your own inner knowing.
Our work is ultimately about helping you understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully, and create a life that feels authentically your own.
