Greetings! I'm Charles Collison, an independent social worker with a passion for counseling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, addiction, and adjustment issues. I hold a Masters in Social Work from Smith College and a Bachelor's degree in sociology from Kenyon College.

I believe therapy is about discovering our authentic selves and giving ourselves the freedom of choice. As a therapist, I help clients dismantle unhelpful narratives, develop new perspectives, and embrace life's hardships. I practice a psychodynamic approach with an emphasis on action-based changes to improve our well being.
