I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with 21+ years of experience. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. I am licensed in Washington state and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).



I provide comprehensive health assessments, medication management, and therapeutic support for emotional well-being. With a holistic and personalized approach, I address patients' concerns through evidence- based practice. My goal is to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and help clients identify what impacts their well-being. I have experience in treating a range of mental health disorders and offer telehealth services for convenient and private treatment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in outdoor activities like traveling, skiing, and boating.
