Dr. Miranda Van De Loo is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). With a background in primary care and family practice, she found her calling in helping patients with mental health concerns. Certified in psych mental health and having completed an advanced practice residency in psychiatry through the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Van De Loo is dedicated to serving her patient population.
Dr. Van De Loo's approach focuses on quality over quantity, valuing the differences between patients. She utilizes therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help patients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life. By fostering a trusting collaboration with open communication, she works with her patients to determine the next steps rather than assigning tasks.
